It seems that we of the geeky persuasion are doomed. Doomed, I say! A report on Stuff.co.nz tells us that our mobile devices are causing “high tech blues” as we use them more and more.
It’s an admittedly small sample size from a start-up social network, but even so: that’s ice cold. MocoSpace surveyed 20,000 of its 10.3 million members, and found that SMS is the weapon of choice for 47 per cent of phone break-ups.
Man, people really laid into me for texting while driving as a part of reviewing the N97. It’s unsafe, no doubt, but the reality is, people do it. Do you?
