If you’re an eagle-eyed reader, you’ve probably noticed our new guest artist for the month: Nook. He specialises in illustrations and motion design and if you’ve seen his work, you’ll know how eye popping his stuff can be.
Robert Grossman is an illustrator, painter, sculptor, Academy Award nominated filmmaker, cartoonist, author – and yes, the creator of the iconic AIRPLANE! poster. We’re honoured to have this legendary illustrator as our Gizmodo Guest Artist this month.
Barely a month has passed since we welcomed our latest guest illustrator, Chuck Anderson, and now it’s already time to say goodbye. We definitely enjoyed having Chuck join us for a while and hope you did as well.
You might’ve noticed some of Sam Spratt’s Photoshops, drawings and illustrations on recent posts already, but we wanted to take a moment to officially introduce him to you. He’s our contributing illustrator and will be sticking around for a while.
I’m pleased to note that our guest artist series continues. You’ve seen Nikki Cook’s art along with a few pieces last week – and she’s going to be around kicking arse through the month of July. Welcome, Nikki!
Barely a month has passed since I asked you to welcome Wendy MacNaughton, our guest illustrator, and now it’s already time to say goodbye. We loved having Wendy around and will miss her very much.
Soon you’ll start noticing some rather nifty illustrations on several of our posts. That’s because we managed to convince artist extraordinaire Wendy MacNaughton to turn some of our thoughts into ink and water colour drawings.
