That was quick. Following this morning’s post, Voda has officially released Gingerbread for Desire HD owners. It’s a staggered release apparently, but reports are coming in that it’s available.. [Voda]
There is a catch, however: It looks like it’s only available for the Desire HD and Desire Z phones, which should be going on sale any day now. I signed up for it and attempted to use it with my plain ol’ Desire, but didn’t have much luck.
Heading to the States later this year (and Europe next month), the Desire HD and updated Sense UI has been shown off in an official video by HTC. How great do the new cached maps looks?
Today in London, HTC announced the launch of the HTC Desire HD, their new 4.3-inch Android handset. While we don’t yet know specific launch plans for Australia, we do know “major European and Asian markets” will get the phone in October. That should be us too, right? Right??
