Nokia Just Relaunched The 3310 (And Snake)

The 3310 is back. Laughably described by Nokia as “incredibly durable” (we all know it’s basically indestructible, right?), the phone has a new modern twist.

Oh, and Snake is back – on Facebook Messenger – and you can play it right now.

What a time to be alive.

You’ll get 22-hour talk-time and month long stand-by in a fresh, colourful, modern design brings it bang up to date. The Nokia 3310 is available in four distinctive colours – Warm Red and Yellow, both with a gloss finish, and Dark Blue and Grey both with a matte finish.

Unfortunately, it’s 2G only – which Australia is currently phasing out.

But seriously – Snake.

In keeping with the original game, players will move the snake around the screen, eating apples and bugs along the way to score points. The more the snake eats, the longer it grows, making it more challenging to control. You remember, right?

There are six levels to enjoy, each with a different layout and snake skin. You can choose from three speeds, the higher the speed, the higher the score. There’s a leaderboard your friends can see, too.
