Video: I mean, none of them were actually born to experience it, of course. But given Stranger Things‘ pitch-perfect recreation of the 1980s aesthetic, it’s still cute to see these young actors enthusiastically champion the decade the show so clearly reveres.
The Q&A, which aired live through Facebook yesterday, sees Natalia Dyer (Nancy), Noah Schnapp (Will), Millie Brown (Eleven), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas) and Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin) attempt to answer a batch of ’80s-themed trivia questions — understandably poorly — before discussing how they prepared for their roles by immersing themselves in classic films and shows from the period.
If you still can’t get enough of Stranger Things — especially after that season two teaser yesterday — this is a good, cathartic release of all that fandom joy.
