Tech mogul and legit crazy person John McAfee is the subject of an upcoming six-part documentary by Spike TV, and I cannot wait.
The series will be filmed this year and centres on interviews with the disgraced drug connoisseur and former anti-virus tech magnate, who was once the subject of a manhunt on suspicion of murdering his neighbour in the Belize jungle. It will air sometime next year, and the AP reports that the format will be similar to popular true crime miniseries The Jinx.
McAfee sold the movie rights to his life while he was detained in a Guatemala prison, and I don’t know what happened to that, but this sounds even better: An in-depth portrait of the real deal OG deranged antivirus pioneer.
