Optus announced the decision to pull out of Qantas Frequent Flyer today, saying that the move is part of an impending Optus Rewards refresh.

“The two companies are using the end of the agreement to enhance their loyalty offering in different ways based on what their respective customers most value,” Optus wrote in an announcement today.
