Short Film: The Perfect Impossible Love-At-First-Sight Story

Short Film: The Perfect Impossible Love-At-First-Sight Story

Despite a million heartaches, I’m still a sucker for love-at-first-sight against all odds stories. Kismet Diner is the perfect example: A waitress sings songs to a patron she has a crush on, but he always ignores her advances. Or does he? Watch it. I’m sure you’re going to like it.

(But don’t watch it if you just got your heart broken recently, because then it will suck. Or not. I don’t know. There’s always hope for all of us.)

Directed by Mark Nunneley, Kismet Diner won the Manhattan Short Festival and a Cannes Silver Lion.
