State transit authorities are less than pleased with Uber and its new ride-sharing option, UberX. The NSW Government put the hard word on UberX drivers not to use the service or risk a fine. But now, an UberX driver has revealed he’s one of the first to be fined for using the service in Melbourne.
Uber driver tim0k posted on Whirlpool’s discussion of the transport app that he’d just received a fine for $1732 under the Transport Act.
