So basically all the Android phones updates delayed and Apple will be rolling out theirs to ALL their customers at the same time...

    Glad to have an iPhone.

      What... no hate for Nokia?

You said Vodafone's Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 update twice.

Yeah, its ridiculous that no one has fixed the android update system yet, its been out since 2008/2009! three years to get it right across the manufacture and telco but it seems like they have done nothing at all.
I think its mainly because the manufacturers have no incentive to push out updates when they make all their money off selling the hardware to telco/people and have been doing it this way for years so it will probably take time for them to get out of the rut, if they ever do!

It seems like Samsung is the only one sticking to proper halo devices and getting updates out the quickest.

I would really like my RAZR MAXX to get 4.1 but will probably take another 6-9 months if it even does get it. The phone just up and pauses sometimes and CM10 is not in a usable state for it yet.

Has anyone heard if and when telstra will push out jellybean for GS3?

Samsung Australia have said "off the record" that jelly bean for the S3 will happen in first quarter 2013.

Jelly Bean for the SGS3 is already happening and the JB leaks are at a very advanced state (DHLI7 works perfectly on Telstra, Voda and Optus). Check out XDA for more info.

Why wont my AT and T Samsung Galaxy s2 G4 work as a mobile wifi hotspot on Telstra.
