Insanely Detailed Animated Short Has The Dubstepping Droids You're Looking For

I’ll never understand the appeal of dubstep, but if it fills you with melodic make-feel-good, I’ll be the last one to sling criticism at you. At the very least, I can appreciate when media is used in an entertaining way and this combination of the aforementioned music genre and slick CGI to portray the hippest domestic dispute between robots ever easily falls under this category.

This computer-generated 3D short, entitled “Dubstep Dispute” was put together by Fluxel Media. The sound effects and music were sorted in Adobe Audition, while Luxology Modo was used for the 3D modelling and animation. The dubstep tune itself is taken from “Knights of Cydonia (Dubstep Remix)” by Nostalgia.

Even if you don’t like dubstep, it’s hard not to be impressed by this cute, if short, clip.
