Rohan Rijpma created this quirky short showing his dancing tape sculpture. At first it’s strangely musical. Almost hypnotic. By the end, with all the colours and tones, I was a little unnerved by how trippy it got. [This Is Colossal]

Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 11:14 PMThis is why i am not an artist, I could never have imagined doing anything quite so bizaar from something so ordinary. How do people come up with ideas like these. Do scenarios just pop into their heads, do they spend alot of their lives trying to come up with these bizarios, or are their brains just wired differently. I am definately inspired to find something to do with all those used rewritable CD’s I have lying around…..
