Here Come The Next Generation Of Androids From Samsung

Samsung just sent out invitations to a product launch on October 11 coinciding with CTIA. It’s certainly going to mean a new Android phone from Samsung, probably the Nexus Prime.

The invitations cloyingly show the Android robot peeking out of a box, refers to “Google Episode”, and invites to “come see what’s new from Android”. That pretty much gives away the game. There’s only one new thing from Android, and that’s its next OS, Ice Cream Sandwich. We’re hopeful this will mean the new Nexus Prime phone as well, and I’m even optimistic that maybe there may be yet another tablet.

I guess it’s time to wait and see. And hey, enjoy product launch season.

I would love if there’s some radical change with the iPhone5 that might shape this event as well.

The words radical change and iphone, do not go together.

Not one iteration of the iPhone has had a ‘radical change.’ Like every other device line out there, the iPhone also obeys the law of incremental innovation.

Any announcement by samsung will just then be placed on the backburner a few days after. Chaton by Samsung anyone?
