Judge Snaps Phone Urinal Shot Of Stranger, Attempts Cop-Biting

When you go to the bathroom, you don’t expect to have someone walk in and take a picture of you while you’re midstream. You definitely don’t expect that person to be a judge. This Florida man must have been surprised!

Traffic magistrate Rhonda Hollander was arrested after snapping the creepy pic – which was bad enough – and then attempting to bite a cop who questioned her. It happened in the court bathroom, no less! Penis-photographing and finger-biting are definite societal no-nos, but if you must, try not to do them in a government building, at the very least.
