They are a typical American company that make things to break. No quality what so ever. That’s why they have the best tech support.

Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 5:58 PMIts so easy to jump on the “Dells Suck” bandwagon, however the 3 Dell laptops I have owned have all been tough and reliable. Much better than the HP, IBM and Gateway laptops that all failed within a year.
