If you like your cars big, your burgers bigger and perhaps even speak with an Austrian accent, then the XXL540 satnav is possibly your cup of tea. It features a 5-inch screen, which is – let’s face it – frickin’ huge for a satnav device.
Other than the big screen, it’s a pretty typical satnav from TomTom, with TomTom Home support, iQ routes, MapShare and all those other things that are probably really useful if you’re driving around unfamiliar territory.
The XXL540 will launch at the end of this month, with RRP still to be announced.

Agree about the psp ad, very very frustrating.
Tomtom needs to tone it down a bit. My tomtom one is still going strong years down the track.

Hey there, Does the Tom Tom XXL540 have an additional external aerial connection as to enable discreet mounting in the dash or do you have to stick the whole unit on the windscreen where the thieves can see you have one.
