Video: Here’s the thing about NASA’s rocket scientists: They’re smart. And maybe a little weird. When you get literal rocket scientists to channel their energy into something silly like a pumpkin carving contest, the results are bound to be incredible.
On Sunday, the Science Channel in the US announced that it would not be airing a planned three-hour “Punkin Chunkin” special after an exploding air cannon injured two people, including a video producer who was hospitalized in critical condition.
Video: OK, this pumpkin isn’t carved but still, it’s freaking floating in the air! Therefore under the rule known as things that can float in the air can be called whatever they want, I name this levitating pumpkin the best and spookiest Jack O’ Lantern of this past Halloween.
