Reports are coming through of outages on the Telstra network.
Apparently NBN services as well as 4G and voice calls across the country have been affected.

According to Aussie Outages, reports started coming in at 1:50pm, with thousands now logged.
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, South Yarra, Kew, Merrylands, Parramatta, and Brunswick were the first areas to complain about a disruption in service.
Update 2:50pm AEST: Telstra responded to our request for comment with the following statement.
We apologise for an issue impacting some 4G voice calls.
Customers who are impacted can switch to 3G to make calls.
Data and 3G services are not impacted.
We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We will keep you updated.
