Pauline Hanson Tipped As Top Aussie To Be Abducted By Aliens

UK publication The Daily Star recently reported that Buzz Aldrin claims to have seen aliens on his way to the moon. Not only that, he allegedly passed a lie detector test on the subject.

This has lead to Aussies betting on when we are going to see aliens in our own backyard, and who will be abducted first.

But back to the lie detection for a minute. The tests were also as well as fellow astronauts Al Worden, Edgar Mitchell and Gordon Cooper. And they all passed. Aldrin himself has reportedly said that, “There was something out there that was close enough to be observed… sort of L-shaped.”

This also isn’t the first time Aldrin has spoken about potentially seeing alien life. It was also brought up in a Reddit AMA a few years back.

Unsurprisingly, Sports Bet have taken the opportunity to cash in on the alleged sighting. When it comes to location, Darwin is currently the favourite at $8, with Perth at the bottom of the list at $501.

And while I don’t condone betting myself, I do appreciate that there’s a category for the Australian most likely to be abducted first, and that Pauline Hanson is the front runner at $4.33.

What’s particularly funny about this is that Sports Bet ran an April Fools Day prank back in 2016 about the existence of extraterrestrial life. And now it is very real.
