Considered by some the best restaurant in the world, Noma has moved temporarily from its Copenhagen home in Denmark to Tokyo’s Mandarin Oriental in Japan. From January 9 to February 14, Noma will serve a new menu based on local products, completely different from its original menu.
The fixed menu at Noma, including wine pairing, costs ¥64,900 ($680). The dishes change depending on what is available on the market. Here you have a few examples:
