Osterhoff’s “performance” piece is to send Jeff Bezos a personalised email every time he sets a bookmark on his Kindle. The Kindle automatically generates the message, and sends it to both Bezos’s publicly available address, as well as anyone else who’s subscribed. It’s kind of wonderful on all the levels.
