New Google Glasses Patent Gives A Shout Out To Left Eye(s)

Google has secured a patent for left-handed people that puts the Google Glasses eyepiece on the other side. Someone at Google must be a pretty huge TLC fan (RIP Lisa Left Eye Lopes).

As a righty, it’s pretty easy to make fun of a special patent for southpaws. But it would be a huge pain in the arse to reach across your face to use the command centre of Google’s wearable display shades. Honestly, it probably would be enough to make you dislike the experience of wearing Google’s Star Trek specs. Left pride. [USPTO via Engadget]
