Because we’re not all artists who can turn dead media into a gigantic skull, I’m curious as to what you guys have done with your dusty collection of CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, VHS tapes and all other old, physical media? It seems heartless to toss ’em out but they’re also so completely useless. What to do?
All my CDs have long been ripped into my computer but my movies have not. Still, I don’t even remember the last time I even put in a CD to listen to or a DVD to watch, they’re all just laying around, taking up space and not being used. What have you guys done? Have you been merciful and kept your old media in boxes that are never looked at or did you convert them all digitally and toss the physical copy out? Any suggestions for what I should do?
