MobiCity currently has the Padfone in stock according to this product page, which has the device priced at $899. This includes shipping and a one-year warranty, but not the keyboard dock — Ausdroid reports that while MobiCity doesn’t have a date for the accessory, it estimates it will cost between $150-$250.
The Padfone is certainly an interesting concept and the specifications are solid, but I’m not so sure it’ll be flying out the door. I’m guessing that’s because I’m not the target market. That… and I’d probably find myself forgetting my phone constantly.
