Imagine an iPad with an edge-to-edge retina display and NFC capabilities. Know what you could do with that thing? In the minds of those at Aatma Studios, you could connect two of them together and create a giant Franken-pad.
I’m sure we’ve all thought about the possibility of bezel-less tablets, but seeing someone build a concept vid around them makes me downright excited for a day when we see a device like this. They feel within grasp, much more so than other aspects of the video, at least. The holographic display and side-projected controls which follow in the video are cool, but also doesn’t totally seem like something we’d see in the next few years.
