October Launch Fingered For Samsung's Ice Cream Sandwich-Running Nexus Prime

This isn't the first time we've heard mutterings of Samsung's Nexus Prime, but according to the Korean Electronic Times paper, it could launch in October with Android 4.0, aka Ice Cream Sandwich.

Some specs have been spilt (or simply reaffirmed BGR's scoop from a few months back), namely that the phone will have a 4.5-inch 720p Super AMOLED HD screen, and will have a 1.5GHz processor ticking away inside. [Electronic Times via OLED-Display via BGR]

I liked the world more when phones got smaller and smaller. 4.5" is starting to sound just a little too big for a lot of pockets, unless they can make it 5mm thick or something.
My ideal phone would be the size of a Zune HD but I don't think that would be practical, as Zune HD doesn't have a speaker or mic, which would undoubtedly require it to be at least a little bit bigger. No room for a camera either, but I'd happily compromise on some of those things for something smaller than my current smartphone.
