This 549MB Video Takes 23 Days To Watch

Jonathan Harchick has created what is likely the world’s longest YouTube video. It’s 571 hours long and takes over 23 days to watch.

It’s nothing more than series of photos Harchick took while visiting Chile. He compiled them into a slideshow and compressed the living daylights out of the resulting video clip to crunch it down to 549MB.

It’s more a technical feat than anything else and he challenges other budding videographers to beat his record. Anyone up for the challenge? [YouTube via Social Times and Huffington Post]
