Music Video Created On iPad With The Brushes App

Animator Shawn Harris used his iPad and the Brushes app to create a unique music video for the band Blush.

The entire video was hand-sketched frame by frame using the iPad. Each time Harris removed his finger from the canvas after a brush stroke, the Brushes app would record a frame. Thirty brush strokes created one second of animation and 7000 created the entire music video. The resulting frames were exported from the app and compiled into a single animation.

Every movement in the animation is perfectly choreographed to the band’s debut single Undivided which features Snoop Dog.
