Is making fun of TimeWarner Cable like beating a dead horse? Maybe, if the horse was still alive and twisting your life into a waking nightmare. So when comedian Eugene Mirman gets out the whoopin’ stick, it’s so very extra-satisfying.
Mirman placed the full-page advertisement (excerpted above) in the New York Press and Greenpoint Gazette this week, comparing his cable provider unfavorably to Jeffrey Dahmer and wishing its executives an abundance of plagues. Will it solve anything? Of course not! But it sure is cathartic.
