Games on Android kinda suck. I’m forever scrolling through the Market or reading our Android apps roundups, hoping for something – anything! – to whisk me away from Words With Friends hell. Upcoming GTA San Andreas-clone 9mm, from Gameloft, definitely looks hopeful.
It takes on the baton from Gangstar Miami Vindication HD, which you can probably tell by its name was inspired by another Grand Theft Auto game. 9mm is more San Andreas-style, where stealing cars, sex, shooting and drugs is the name of the game.
Gameloft’s bringing it to the Android platform soon, along with iOS devices. No word on how much it’ll cost, but considering Gangstar was $US5, I’m guessing it’ll be in the same region. [Phandroid]
