Harman Kardon Joins The Soundbar Brigade

title=Soundbars are nothing new, but for some reason the thought of a Harman Kardon soundbar gets me kind of excited.

The HK soundbar features stereo speaker channels with 75mm drivers and a 19mm tweeter, and is capable of kicking out 2 x 25W. The 100W subwoofer syncs wirelessly to the soundbar to deliver the low end to your sound, which means you only need to plug the sub into power, and the whole thing is programmable to your TV’s remote for power volume and source controls.

For $1,299, it’s on the slightly more expensive side of the soundbar pricing scheme, but considering the looks and the tech, it’s a price worth considering if you want better sound without the need to run wires through your roof.
