After the judge ruled in Apple’s favour last Friday, you’d think Nokia would just cross fingers for the final verdict in August and be done with it. Unfortunately not, as they’ve filed yet another complaint with the US Trade Panel, claiming Apple is infringing on another seven of their patents – bringing Apple’s supposed patent infringements to a total of 46.
These are related to call quality; Bluetooth accessories; multi-tasking operating systems; data synchronisation and, lastly, positioning. If that’s positioning within the market, I’m not so sure Nokia has a strong case there. [Reuters via BGR]
