Verizon Says ‘Eff You’ To FCC’s Net Neutrality Rules In Appeals Court

I’m sure this will deeply anger Senator Al Franken: Verizon’s challenging the FCC’s net neutrality rules in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, saying it’s “deeply concerned by the FCC’s assertion of broad authority for sweeping new regulation of broadband networks and the internet itself”.

Guess Verizon wasn’t happy the FCC didn’t follow Verizon’s recommendations for net neutrality policies to the letter. So, the net neutrality fight’s only going to get uglier before it gets better. If it ever gets better. Which it may not! [PR Newswire]
