You can't quite scribble on the screen yet — but you can make it look like you are. When Nick took a look at the Livescribe Echo pen back in July, it was promised that an iPhone/iPad app would be coming, offering the ability to view "pencasts" on the go. Not quite writing directly on the screen, but awfully close. The wheels of app approval obviously grind a little slowly, as the Pencast Player is only now available free in the App store.

Last week, in the wake of Netflix’s recent decision to cancel both Daredevil and Iron Fist (not to mention Luke Cage) just when both series seemed to be hitting their respective strides, a big fuss was made over a report that Daredevil was also the fourth-most popular series on the platform when it began streaming, something that made Netflix’s move seem particularly odd in retrospect.
Net neutrality proponents now have less than two weeks to convince 38 House lawmakers to support an effort to overturn the Federal Communications Commission’s repeal of net neutrality. Seventeen of those votes could come from Democrats who have yet to sign on — all of whom have received significant contributions from internet service providers such as Comcast.
