So it turns out that IPTV is the next big thing for TVs. Ruslan Kogan has already announced that he’s planning on bringing IPTV to his TVs later this year, but he just uploaded a video to his site demonstrating how the IPTV solution will work.
The biggest question mark over Kogan’s IPTV, which has to be said looks extremely slick at the moment, is where the content will come from. Sure, you can get simple stuff like YouTube on there, but unless Ruslan does a deal with a provider like BigPond and LG, or Yahoo7 and Sony, or even just the ABC, actually finding content might be problematic.
