The official Android Twitter app is something of an oddity, lacking many of the features found in third-party tweeting solutions like Seesmic and the amazing Android TweetDeck. It looks like a much-needed upgrade is on the way, though, with the above video showing what blog Everything Android claims is “Twitter 2.0” – a total redesign which removes the pointless menu page and boots straight to the timeline, so is therefore already better by a factor of 10.
