North Korea conducted a missile test on April 28, 2017 that didn't go quite as planned. In fact, we're now learning that the Hwasong-12 missile that the country launched actually went astray and may have hit the North Korean city of Tokchon.

The country voted most likely to start WWIII says it can now strike targets anywhere in the world, but military experts believe the missile, which flew for 40 minutes, is a medium range weapon that presents no threat to the United States.
The US military shot a missile out of the sky over the Pacific Ocean yesterday, in a successful test of America's controversial ballistic missile defence program. And the Pentagon just released video of the test, showing both the launch of the dummy missile from the Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands, as well as the successful destruction of the missile from an interceptor missile launched at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
