Matt Hopkins

Matt Hopkins is the Head of Editorial – Native & E-Commerce for PEDESTRIAN.TV, VICE Australia, Refinery29 Australia, Business Insider Australia, Gizmodo Australia, Lifehacker Australia and Kotaku Australia. With a background in IT and a passion for gaming since childhood, Matt joined PEDESTRIAN.TV in 2016 as the publication’s very first Tech & Gaming Editor. Following its merge with Allure in 2019, Matt was promoted to Senior Native Content Manager to ideate, execute and manage editorial campaigns across the wider Pedestrian Group. He has been nominated for Best Corporate Content at the Australian IT Journalism Awards for three consecutive years and was highly commended in 2020 thanks to his engaging approach to native content.
