Made by Google ’19 is barely 24 hours away, but there’s still time for more rumours about what the tech giant will announce at its showcase tomorrow in New York.
According to industry rumblings picked up by Trusted Reviews, that could include the long-rumoured Pixel Watch, a patent for which Google was granted earlier this year. The wearable would take on the Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch and Fitbit Versa, as well as smartwatches running Google’s own Wear OS, such as those put out by Fossil.
Unlike everything else due to be unveiled by Google, details on the rumoured smartwatch are extremely scanty at the moment, but the device would obviously run Wear Os and there have even been hints it could have an in-built camera. We won’t have long to wait to see if these rumblings are true, with Google’s scheduled to start at 1am AEST tomorrow, 16 October. Expect full coverage here on Giz. [Trusted Reviews]
