There’s not only one device in the Note lineup but three, and one of them is 5G enabled. Here’s everything you need to know, including the price and when you can get a Note 10 in Australia.”]

Big T will be forgoing the entry-level Note 10, offering customers the 10+ and 10+ 5G only. If you’d like to buy the baby Note on a plan you’ll need to hit up Woolworth’s Mobile or Vodafone.

The Note 10+ comes with Samsung’s new Exynos 9825 processor, 256GB storage and 12GB RAM. The 4,300mAH battery comes with fast-charging capabiltities and Wireless PowerShare.

When it comes to the camera the Note 10+ has a quad rear setup with 12MP telephoto, 12MP wide-angle and 16MP ultra-wide lenses. The fourth lens is a VGA 3D Depth Vision Camera that is capable of 3D scanning and AR doodling.

At the front of the device you’ll find a 10MP selfie cam.

The S Pen has also gotten a few upgrades, including handwriting to text conversion and Air Gestures.

As for the 5G model, you get everything you see above, but with 512GB storage and of course, an internal 5G modem.

The original Galaxy Note was the phone that started the whole big-screen trend, and now nine generations later, it’s still got one of the biggest displays you can get on a phone, along with other unique traits like a built-in stylus, class-leading specs, and a hefty price tag, and a second model that’s smaller than you might expect.”]

Thanks to Telstra’s recent streamlining of plans, it’s quite easy to tell how much they’ll cost you and which will be right for you.

The Samsung Galaxy Note+ Plus 256GB will be available on Telstra for $70.79 a month over 24 months or $47.19 over 36 months, as well as the cost of whichever plan you choose.

The Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G 512GB will be available with Telstra for $82.79 over 24 months or $55.19 over 36 months, as well as the plan price.

Here’s a reminder of what Telstra’s new plans look like:

So all you need to do is add the base plan + handset repayment together and you have your monthly cost.

But so you don’t have to calculate them yourself, we have some handy widgets right here for you.

If they aren’t working yet, never fear! Sometimes they take a little while to generate on launch days, so check back later for hassle-free plan perusing.

Telstra Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ (256GB) plans

The cheapest option here is of course the 24-month ‘Small’ which would set you back $120.79 a month for 15GB data.

As per all Telstra plans you will also get no lock-in contract, no excess data fees and unlimited standard national calls and texts.

If you’d like more data, we would recommend paying the extra $10 a month to bump up to the ‘Medium’ plan which gets you 60GB a month in total, which is a huge difference.

Again, the cheapest here is the 24-month ‘Small’ which will cost $142.79 a month. Despite already being incredibly pricey, you’ll still probably want to opt for the Medium plan for $152.79 a month if you need a decent amount of data.

These plans come with the same inclusions as the Note+ but with the added ‘Free 5G Network Trial’ which will run until June 30 2020. After that only the ‘Large’ and ‘Extra Large’ plans will get it for free.

Those on ‘Small’ and ‘Medium’ plans will need to pay an extra $15 a month to access modern network infrastructure, or settle for 4G-only instead.

Telstra also has two pre-order offers on the go for this one.

If you pre-order between 9am AEST on August 8 and 11:59pm AEST August 22 you can get the the Note 10+ 5G for the price of the the regular S10+. Even if you’re not overly interested in 5G, getting double the storage for free is pretty great.

You’ll also score a free pair of Samsung’s newly-announced AKG Wireless Headphones, which have an RRP of $499.
