Telstra’s 24-Hour Data Plan Sale Is Ending Soon

It’s turning out to be a week of cheap SIM-only plans. Telstra has also come to the party with some cheaper-than-usual options aimed at people who want a large amount of monthly data.

This story was originally published on November 15 at 16:30.

Three plans are on offer – 30GB, 60GB, 90GB – and all of them are $10 cheaper. That may not seem like much but considering that they’re on 12-month contracts, that’s $120 saved across a year. Not bad.

Telstra is known for generally being the most expensive telco in market, and the same applies to these deals – you can get better ones elsewhere. However, if you’re already a Telstra customer or prefer it for the coverage it offers – these may be worth it for you.

As an added bonus, the 60GB and 90GB plans come with Peace of Mind data included (rather than paying extra for it), so you won’t be charged extra or cut off from the network if you go above your monthly allowance – you’ll just be throttled to 1.5Mbps.

Plus, that $39 deal isn’t bad at all, even without peace of mind – 30GB a month is more than enough for some people. Add in Telstra network coverage its definitely my pick of the bunch.

The deals are available to both new and existing Telstra customers and will be available until 5pm on November 16.
