Earlier this year Kogan started getting into the smart home product game, and even brought out its own smart home app. These products included some portable smart air conditioners, which are now being discounted by $300.
There are two options to choose from when it comes to the air conditioners – a 4.1kW, 29kg model that can cover up to 30 square metres, and a 5.2kW, 44kg model that can cover up to 35 square metres.
Each unit can heat, cool dehumidify and fan and can be controller via a remote, LED display or the Kogan SmarterHome app. But while they do have “wheels for portability”, let’s hope you don’t need to carry them up stairs very often, because they sure sound heavy for portable units.
But if that doesn’t really matter to you, and you’re after a cheaper cooling solution ahead of summer – this could a good option.
