M. Night Shyamalan is making his own comic book universe, even if it isn’t based on an actual comic book. Unbreakable stars Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson, as well as Split lead James McAvoy, are set to reprise their roles in Shyamalan’s latest superhero instalment, Glass.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Willis will be reprising his role as superpowered security guard David Dunn, who’s trying to chase down and stop the Beast, the most dangerous personality lurking within Kevin Wendell Crumb (McAvoy). Meanwhile, Jackson’s Mr Glass will be serving as the mastermind behind their feud, while holding “secrets critical to both men,” as reported by THR.
The versatile Sarah Paulson is also joining the cast, in a currently undefined role, while Anya Taylor-Joy will reprise her Split role as Casey Cooke, the only person to survive being captured by the Beast. Glass is set to come out January 2019.
