Speaking with Screen Daily at the Toronto premiere of Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool, Barbara Broccoli stated she is "of course" considering a female directors for Bond's 25th outing at EON.
There are a lot of women working on this production which pleases me very much. It's incredibly important to support a change in front of and behind the camera. I love working with women. It's a different vibe. We have to promote women within the industry. Women are often tasked with taking care of children and ailing parents, so it's hard for some women to sustain a career in this industry. We have to be more family-friendly, with childcare, flexible hours and job shares. At Eon, we have a lot of women doing job sharing and it's easy with technology.
In an interview with Yahoo! Movies conducted at the Toronto Film Festival, Selma Blair stated she's "done" with the franchise, and will not return.
My Hellboy world is in Guillermo's brain and that's where it stays. They will do whatever they will do; it will be a totally different incarnation. My job is done.

Speaking with Collider, Jason Blum stated Glass is a "very different" kind of superhero movie.
Of course, it's a kind of superhero movie, for sure. I do consider it that, yeah. It's very different. I would say it's not a Marvel movie, but a superhero movie.
Mark Ruffalo recently spoke to the Indian Express about Hela and Valkyrie.
We have Hela, played by Blanchett. She has all the power, all the strength, all the talent of any of the other gods, but with all the rage. She's angry, and she wants to come back and take what she feels is rightfully hers. Except that she's been pushed so far into the darkness that she's become dark. She's now the manifestation of death.
Then you have Valkyrie, played by Thompson. She is another female presence who didn't feel welcome. She's a powerhouse and a brilliant fighter. She's as equally as powerful as Thor. She's a warrior. Valkyrie is one of the people who ended up banishing Hela from Asgard. But she's also lost faith in the patriarchy and the elite power structure.
