Jon Bernthal's Punisher was one of the best parts of Daredevil's second season — but fans waiting to see a glimpse of the actor in Frank Castle's comic getup only got to see a glimpse at the end of the season. However, new set pictures from Frank's solo show have give us our best look yet at at least part of the getup, and it's right out of the comics.
New set pictures that hit the web this morning give us a great look at a very beat-up Frank — I mean, to be expected with someone like the Punisher after all — sporting the show's take on the usual Punisher skull-shirt: a full-on flak jacket that renders the classic skull motif in all its glory.

The jacket's event got a few bullet holes in for good measure, just in case you were unsure if Frank was going to get into a few scraps during his solo outing. Still, it was nice to get a glimpse of this look in Daredevil, but it's going to be even better seeing it in full when Punisher is expected to hit Netflix later this year.
