Pat Laperrière mostly relies on a spinning lathe to strip away the log’s bark, carve out the bowl’s shape and then give it a perfectly polished finish. At 15 minutes long, this video is a condensed version of the process, which is unfortunate, because we could easily use a full 24 hours of this to soothe away our rage.
