Someone Built A Working LEGO Version Of The Red Keep From Game Of Thrones’ Opening

Video: The opening for HBO’s Game of Thrones is one of the few title sequences you don’t want to skip past during a binge-watching session. It required over 125,000 LEGO pieces to realise this recreation, including some marvellously detailed custom minifigures representing characters from the series. And as intricate as the castle is, LEGO fans might find what’s underneath the Red Keep even more impressive. All of the animated features are powered by four individual LEGO Mindstorms EV3 controllers, which are responsible for the spinning turrets and towers that appear to rise out of the ground.
