Lunch Time Deals: $800 Off A 65-Inch LG 4K TV

When you’re buying your lunch today, you might want to take a moment and spend a little more. Gizmodo’s Lunch Time Deals posts point out any particularly good bargains for Aussie bargain hunters around the ‘net. Today, JB Hi-Fi has taken a pretty hefty whack of cash off the price of a 65-inch smart 4K TV from LG.

We’ve actually written about the LG UH770T before, and thought it was a great deal at $2296 for the 60-inch. Now, today, for one day only, it’s even cheaper again at $2196, for the big and beautiful 65-inch version.

The 65-inch UH770T on sale at JB Hi-Fi today is a very big screen, but I happen to think you should buy the biggest goddamn screen that you can fit into your living space and then just structure your entire life around it. I’ve done exactly that with my home office and I’ve never been happier with any choice that I’ve ever made with my life.

The 65UH770T is a relatively new 2016 screen, supporting Ultra HD Premium and HDR, with a native 3840x2160pixel resolution and support for 60Hz refresh rates, all running on LG’s versatile and streaming-app-friendly WebOS 3.0 smart TV interface. [JB Hi-Fi]
