Lunch Time Deals: 10% Off Macs And Sony TVs

When you’re buying your lunch today, you might want to take a moment and spend a little more. Gizmodo’s Lunch Time Deals posts point out any particularly good bargains for Aussie bargain hunters around the ‘net. This week, JB has a deal for 10 per cent off a bunch of different Apple Macs, as well as the same 10 per cent off Ultra HD Sony TVs.

Today only, 10 per cent off most Apple Macs — as long as they’re not built to order — means you can save as much as $379 on Mac Minis, MacBooks (Air, Pro and… MacBook) and iMac. With these kinds of deals readily available, you’d be silly to spend retail price on a new Mac, but then again you’re unlikely to get more than 10 per cent off, so you may as well jump on it right now.

Until Sunday 25 September, you can save yourself 10 per cent off Sony’s Ultra HD TV range, in sizes from 49 inches all the way up to 75 inches. There are some great deals in there, including a 55-inch X8500D for under $2000 and a 55-inch X8000C (last year’s model) for just $1101. If you need a new screen, you could do a lot worse than some of these bargains. [JB Hi-Fi]
