Entertainment Weekly reports:
The three-story, six-bedroom detached home is located in London’s Hampstead Garden Suburb neighbourhood and boasts a 2.4 million pound price tag.
The house made an appearance in the series’ seventh film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1, when Hermione (Emma Watson) left home after erasing her parents’ memories of her in order to protect them in case the Death Eaters came looking for her.
Hermione’s crib is fancier than the home where Harry had to hang out beneath the stairs; it has six bedrooms and quite a a lovely garden, too.
